The house is delivered to the plot on a specially adapted transporter. Once off loaded, the installation process is very simple.

Below the house, there is a metal frame chassis, which allows the house to be placed on a compact and level plot. No concrete base is required as the house is placed directly on the level ground   and fully supported by the metal chassis and the wheels. To improve level, it is sufficient to elevate slightly and place pivots of materials strong enough to support the weight such as wood, girders, etc.

Installations of gas, electric, water and drains are located underneath the house. A plumber and electrician can easily connect these. In cases where the plot does not have services, our clients have in the past installed solar panels, sceptic tanks and water collection tanks.

Installation of the mobile home is not included in the price, unless otherwise stated.
